In January 2021, Volunteer Monitors reported 2,277 hours monitoring the HF frequencies and 2,162 hours monitoring VHF frequencies and above.

Authorities in Clinton County are investigating the discovery of human remains located not far from where a truck belonging to a missing Jerseyville man was found almost 10 years ago. Jared Hanna was last seen walking a few miles from where the truck was found abandoned and out of gas in July 2011 near Centralia.
According to X95Radio.com, The Clinton County Sheriff’s Department says an employee of the Clinton County Jail was out hunting shed antlers on Monday afternoon when he found a human skull and called police. An additional search of the area along Jolliff Bridge Road and Linn Street in Centralia on Monday and Tuesday resulted in the discovery of additional bones, all turned over to Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigators. Hanna’s truck was found on Jolliff Bridge Road in July 2011. Authorities say there are other missing persons cases they have investigated recently including another case from 2011,
